I started reading your blog a few weeks ago & I am delurking to chime in on how delicious this corn is. I made it several years ago for a Thanksgiving party where there was a competition for the best dish, and this won the most votes! In my house it's now known as "Golden Turkey Corn" after the prize it got me!
Cynthia, I know how good this dish can be, as I make a recipe similar to yours, which is a family favorite! I do add some sugar to my recipe though. I also double the recipe and prepare it in my 3-1/2 quart crockpot. The leftovers are even good reheated.
What size package of frozen corn do you use? Can you email me as I'd like to make this for Thurs and may not be able to check your blog by then. Thanks. My e-mail scrapaddict13 at yahoo dot com.
