Ingredients:
4 15 oz. cans red beans, drained and rinsed
1 large white onion, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons dried parsley
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 pkg. turkey smoked sausage, cubed
3 (4-ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes hot sauce
Hot cooked rice, for serving

Directions:
Combine everything but the rice in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice.

UGH! My computer crashed yesterday, and the dummy that I am, I hadn't backed up my recipe or meal plan files.
