HA! About 5 seconds before I clicked on your feed in my Google reader, I was telling my husband that if he would grill hot dogs for lunch today, I'd make some type of French fries... perfect! The seasoning combination sounds just like something our family will love.

I really enjoy your blog - like you, I am also a teacher with a very busy family and professional life. However, having a "real food" home-cooked meal (almost) every night is important to us. MANY of your recipes have become regulars for us. THANK YOU! :)

Have a great school year!

One trick that I learned from my favorite cooking magazine (Cook's Country) - microwave the potatoes with oil (covered with plastic wrap) for a few minutes before baking - just until the edges start to turn translucent. THEN add the seasonings and bake (they also add in some cornstarch to help with crunch).
