This is a great recipe for fresh asparagus. It is easy to make and tastes great. It is a great side dish for grilling season. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For 4 servings
1 pound asparagus
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon black pepper Cooking spray
Directions:
1. Prepare grill.
2. Snap off tough ends of asparagus. Combine all ingredients except cooking spray in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Remove asparagus from bag, and discard marinade. Place asparagus on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until asparagus is done.

Yummo! I am always looking for a new way to make asparagus. I grew up on it readily available, but Gary says, "It makes your pee stink." He is such a southern guy!
