What's for Dinner Menu Plan

We had a FABULOUS vacation in California. Yosemite and Sequoia were amazing, and we even saw 10 bears while hiking, including two babies climbing a tree. How cool is that! Now that we are back home in the icky Missouri heat and humidity, I'm trying to come up with meals that won't heat up the house to cook but will still be tasty and filling. Here is this week's menu. For more menu ideas go to orgjunkie.com. Have a great week!

Sunday - Leftover Country Style Ribs, Leftover Sour Cream and Chive Mashers, Green Beans, Salad
Monday - Chicken and Dumplings, Salad
Tuesday - BLTs, Potato Soup (just using a mix this time)
Wednesday - Chicken Quesadillas (grilled chicken strips from freezer, cheddar cheese, and tortillas - pretty simple and no recipe needed), Salad, Strawberries
Thursday - Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Mashed Potatoes (from freezer), Green Beans
Friday - Burrito Bowls (scroll down past the menu on the linked post to see how I make these), Fruit
Saturday - Leftovers
